Because I cannot afford Yoga on its regular price, I grabbed the dealgrocer sale. 40 days unlimited session for only 2500! Not bad. Not bad at all. Today, I had my 4th session. I never thought that Yoga is that hard! We didn't move much but I was sweating like a pig! I liked the place especially the shower. I love doing Yoga except waking up very early. I opted to take the class at 6:45 am because I think it's the best time to awaken the body and of course, less traffic but waking up is so much of a struggle for me. :p Hopefully I'll be able do Yoga again next week. Hopefully, 4x next week. :D

Egg Sandwich ala Me
I've been buying sandwich at the cafe near our office for the past few days. I've realized that I'm spending too much for sandwich because the egg sandwich (wheat bread) costs 47 pesos! So I have decided to make my own egg sandwich. =))
Here are the ingredients that I used:
3 eggs
condensed milk (optional)
1 small bottle of SM Bonus mayonnaise
salt
pepper
1 slice of cheese(optional)
It's so easy to prepare! Just boil the eggs for around 15 minutes and then soak the eggs in cold water(so they would be easier to peel). Mash the eggs using a fork. Add the grated cheese(I just smashed mine because I used my leftover cheese). Add the condensed milk (like the cheese, this is optional.) according to your preference. I add about a tablespoon of condensed milk. Add the mayonnaise and mix mix mix! Add salt and pepper to taste. :D That's it! I produced 2 bottles of egg sandwich spread from that. I can use it to spread on two loaves of bread! The ingredients cost me around 130 pesos. Whoa! Saved a lot there!

Sa Ngalan ni Ellen Adarna
Dahil puro luto at kain ako simula nung bumalik ako last August, nagpupumiglas na ang mga damit ko sa katawan ko. >.< Time to exercise! Gusto ko rin sanang magdiet pero eto talaga ang dilemma ng food lover na tulad ko, nadedepress ako kapag nagdadiet. hahaha. Pero sinusubukan ko naman na bawasan ang pagkain sa gabi. Wish me luck!
Yay!

New Year!
So here is what I have done for the New Year! :D
I prepared most of the food on our table except for the pancit bihon. My Tatay always cook the bihon for us and we love his own version of it. Bihon with corned beef and shredded chicken may sound weird but believe me, we always overeat whenever Tatay cook bihon for us.
List of foods that I baked/cook:
Lasagna
It was my first time to make a lasagna. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be. :'(

Buco Salad
I have done this since I was in high school so no issue there. hahaha.
Blueberry Cheesecake
I made a baked and a no bake version. Of course, the baked version tastes better. :p
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Tatay fried it for me. He almost burned it. lol
Cookies
The cookies were actually not for New Year's eve, but since it's in the photo, might as well include it in the list.
Chocolate Cupcake with Angel Feather Icing
I followed the chocolate cupcake recipe from Cake Journal . I think this recipe is better than the previous one I used. Since I ran out of chocolate frosting, I've decided to make an Angel Feather icing, which by the way, is very hard to control that's why my cupcake looked like a mess. Hahahaha. I got the angel feather recipe from here: http://www.bubblews.com/news/715538-red-velvet-cupcakes-with-angel-feather-icing
Blueberry Cheesecake
My Ate requested for blueberry cheesecake so I gathered up some courage and took a risk on creating one for New Year's Eve. Hahaha.(Hey, the ingredients cost a lot! ) I followed the recipe in this url: http://howtobake.casaveneracion.com/blueberry-cheesecake/
The cheesecake is good but I think the crust would taste better if I opted to crush the graham crackers myself instead of using the already crushed graham available in the supermarket. For me, the crushed graham is too fine. Aside from that, the cheesecake turned out alright. It took a lot of time in the oven though. :p
